Question 1

How much does an appliance repair visit cost?

Accepted Answer

We charge one combined service call and diagnostic fee. After a technician diagnoses the appliance issue at your home, we determine a repair estimate based on the necessary parts (if needed) and labor. The technician or the home office will explain this estimate to you in detail before any additional work begins.

Question 2

How do you decide whether to repair or replace an appliance?

Accepted Answer

We consider the appliance’s age and condition, the repair cost, parts availability, and its expected remaining life. We will explain both options and make an honest recommendation, so you can choose what makes the most sense for your home.

Question 3

What happens after I schedule service?

Accepted Answer

We confirm your appointment and service area, and a trained technician will arrive during your scheduled window. He will perform a full diagnosis on the appliance, explain the findings, and provide you with a full repair estimate.

Question 4

Do you offer warranty-authorized service?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Mid America Service is factory-authorized trained, and certified on most major and high-end appliance brands. Coverage and service requirements vary by manufacturer.

Question 5

What payment options are available?

Accepted Answer

We will confirm the current payment options when your appointment is scheduled. Before the visit is completed, your technician reviews the final total with you.

Question 6

Are your technicians licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer
